Extensive land use and geographic data at the tax lot level in comma-separated values (CSV) file format. The PLUTO files contain more than seventy fields derived from data maintained by city agencies. All previously released versions of this data are available on the DCP Website: BYTES of the BIG APPLE. This field contains an eleven-digit code representing the one-digit borough code followed by the six-digit census tract number and then the four-digit census block number. 2020 census blocks are the smallest geographic areas defined by the U.S. Census Bureau. Each census block number is unique within a census tract (see CENSUS TRACT). Examples: Census Block 20350001000 Census Block 30403001002 CENSUS BLOCK 2020 contains the value returned by Geosupport for one of the addresses assigned to the lot. If a building has been altered more than once, YEAR ALTERED 2 is the year that the most recent alteration began. The BORO CODEs associated with these areas are the boroughs in which they are legally located. Marble Hill is serviced by the Bronx, but is legally located in Manhattan and has a BORO CODE of 1.
