485-x Affordable Neighborhoods for New Yorkers: Registrations of Prospective Applicants for Tax Benefits
On April 20th, 2024, New York State enacted New York State Real Property Tax Law Section 485-x. This legislation requires prospective applicants for 485-x tax exemption benefits to file an agency-supplied online form with HPD. Information submitted to the agency via this form: (i) states an intention to file for such benefits under the provisions of this section, (ii) includes the commencement date, and (iii) establishes the intended number of total dwelling units and, if applicable, restricted units. This form also includes information on prospective applicants including, but not limited to, applicant information, the reported number of dwelling units, restricted units anticipated to be included in the building, reported commencement dates, and reported anticipated completion dates. Columns
Each source column, with the name and type we use to store it.
4 of 25 columns carry a concept; 25 carry a description from the publisher. Read the concept column before you join. A column with no concept carries no claim from us, and a name that looks like a key is not one.

Each NTA approximates a minimum population of 15,000. While NTAs were initially created to support PlaNYC, the thirty-year (2000-2030) sustainability plan for NYC, NTAs are now also being used to present data from the Decennial Census and American Community Survey. NTA boundaries and their associated names do not definitively represent neighborhood boundaries. | Not bound | Text | nta2020 | text | — | |
