DOF: Property Charges Balance
The Property Charges dataset is a quarterly snapshot of a properties outstanding charges. For more current account information refer to the Property Information Portal or the Property Tax Public Access Portal Please Note: Please refer to the data dictionary attachment for a list of charge codes and building classification codes. Due to a technical issue in 2023, the 2023 data is missing from this dataset and cannot be recreated. This dataset is a snapshot in time and updates have since been performed on the 2023 data. As a result, the updated data no longer reflects the actual 2023 charges.
